I wanted to let you know we are very grateful for this group. We feel very safe, welcome and supported. Personally the dysregulation is one of the hardest parts of the daily grind. And being able to hear and listen to others is very encouraging. It makes me feel like I’m not alone and that somebody understands me. I find it very hard to share because the emotions are so raw and powerful. So hearing that that is all part of it helps. 
I find your story so inspiring and I think you do an outstanding job of supporting and empowering others. We heard about the group from the parent in residence at CAPSU.
